ABOUT CHEF ERIC

I found my calling as a personal chef long before I even knew what it meant. Growing up in a single-parent household, family dinners were a rarity for me. It was during visits to friends' houses, where I witnessed the warmth of a dinner table filled with camaraderie and love, that I felt a deep sense of belonging. With my mother juggling two jobs, I took on the responsibility of figuring out our meals, often assembling whatever I could find. My mom, my own personal chef in a way, would put leftovers in containers and taught me how to use the microwave, making my life as convenient as she could with the resources at hand.

This early experience ignited my passion for taking care of others through cooking and bringing them together around the table, providing them with convenient and healthy meals. In 2011, I decided to further hone my culinary skills and enrolled at Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas, where I not only graduated at the top of my class but also realized that my true culinary education had been shaped by my desire to serve others and create the best possible food for them.

For the past 13 years, this passion and commitment to making people's lives easier with thoughtfully prepared meals have been the driving force behind my journey as a personal chef.
